Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: ¼ tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp chopped pickles or capers, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and finely mince the garlic.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce or paprika.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Fold in optional herbs, yogurt, or pickles if using.
- Transfer to container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
