Ingredients

- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: 1/2 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- 1. Warm filtered water (not boiling) and pour into a mug.
- 2. Stir in Himalayan pink salt until dissolved.
- 3. Mix in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- 4. Add optional honey or cayenne, whisk briskly.
- 5. Sip slowly before meals.
