Description
A simple morning tonic combining Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and warm water to support hydration, digestion, and daily energy.
Ingredients
¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
8 oz warm filtered water (~120°F / 49°C)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
Optional:
½ tsp raw honey
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Warm the filtered water to about 120°F and pour into a glass.
2. Add the pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well.
4. Stir in honey and cayenne if using; whisk until combined.
5. Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes. Wait 15 minutes before eating.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for best results.
Adjust boosters to taste or dietary needs.
