2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup almond milk (or other milk)
½ teaspoon matcha powder
1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener (optional)

1. In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, and matcha powder. Add sweetener if using.
2. Let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to break up clumps.
