Description

This creamy crab rangoon dip brings together cream cheese, crab meat, and bold seasonings for a warm appetizer that’s baked to bubbly perfection.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

½ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 oz lump crab meat (drained)

2 green onions (chopped)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic (minced)

¼ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Fold in crab meat and green onions gently.

4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.

5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with wonton chips, bread slices, or fresh vegetables.

Optional toppings include chopped scallions, sweet chili sauce, or crispy bacon.
