A homemade fruit riot dessert made with colorful fresh fruit, sweet citrus glaze, and crunchy toppings—perfect for parties or breakfast.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup kiwi, chopped

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup mango, cubed

1/2 cup grapes, halved

1 apple, diced and tossed in lemon juice

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tbsp honey or agave

1 tsp lemon zest

1/2 tsp cornstarch (optional)

1/3 cup granola or crushed cookies

1 tbsp chopped mint (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash, dry, and prep all fruit.

2. Combine orange juice, honey, lemon zest in a saucepan and heat.

3. Add cornstarch if thicker glaze is desired. Let cool.

4. Toss prepped fruit with the cooled glaze.

5. Top with granola or cookies just before serving.

6. Chill for 10–15 minutes and serve.

Notes

Customize fruit combinations based on season.

Add glaze just before serving to avoid sogginess.

Chill before serving for best flavor.
