Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 large eggs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan. 2. Melt butter in a saucepan, then remove from heat. 3. Stir in cocoa powder and sugar until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. 5. Fold in flour and salt until just combined. 6. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 22–25 minutes. 7. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Customize with chocolate chips, nuts, or caramel swirls. Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 4 days.
