Description
This fat-burning coffee method blends coffee, lemon, cinnamon, and honey to support digestion, energy, and weight loss naturally.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Coffee
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tsps Lemon juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
1. Add 2 cups of water to a pot with the cinnamon stick and bring to a low boil.
2. Reduce heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the coffee and let it brew for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, discard the cinnamon stick, and mix in lemon juice and honey.
5. Pour into mugs and serve warm.
Notes
Add lemon and honey only after removing from heat to preserve nutrients.
Use ground cinnamon if sticks aren’t available.
Drink on an empty stomach for best results.
