Description

A spicy and refreshing natural wellness tonic inspired by Brazilian herbal traditions. Supports metabolism, digestion, and energy with clean ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup yerba mate or green tea

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar

1 pinch cinnamon

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

1. Brew yerba mate or green tea for 5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

2. In a mug, combine cayenne, ginger, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cinnamon.

3. Add the apple cider vinegar.

4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

5. Pour in the warm tea and stir until fully mixed.

6. Serve warm or over ice.

Notes

To make it vegan, replace honey with maple syrup.

Start with less cayenne if you’re new to spicy drinks.

Use rooibos tea for a caffeine-free version.
