Description

These easy Big Mac wraps deliver fast food flavor at home. Skillet-seared, air fried, or lettuce wrapped—ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Big Mac Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Wraps:
  • 1 yellow onion, diced (divided)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 soft taco-size tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced dill pickles
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Whisk all Big Mac sauce ingredients and refrigerate.

2. Cook beef and half the onion in a skillet until browned; season.

3. Drain beef if needed and set aside.

4. Lay out tortillas and layer lettuce, beef, onions, pickles, cheese, and sauce.

5. Fold into wraps.

6. Toast wraps in skillet or air fryer for crispiness.

7. For meal prep, store components separately and assemble fresh.

8. Reheat wraps in a skillet or toaster oven for best texture.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
  • Swap beef with turkey or meatless crumbles.
  • For low-carb, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
  • Toast wraps before serving for extra crunch.
