Ingredients
- 1 tsp green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag)
- 3–4 slices fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil.
2. Add green tea and ginger slices; steep 3–5 minutes.
3. Remove tea leaves and ginger.
4. Stir in lemon juice before serving.
Notes
For a caffeine-free version, replace green tea with peppermint or chamomile.
